Large selection, nice salespeople and great service.

Our new kitchen was installed today and we are more than satisfied with the result. The kitchen fitters were punctual, conscientious and quick with the assembly. I would give 5 stars if the kitchen had been delivered at the beginning of December as promised and we didn't have to activate our wallpapering table with 2-burner stove etc. over the holidays.

It was really great. Top seller. We got what we wanted at a very good price. Keep it up. ???

The service by the seller was great. We received very good advice and were generally satisfied. I find the furniture very expensive, but depending on the piece of furniture, the price can still be negotiated, which surprised me very positively. Since the delivery time was set at 12 weeks due to the current situation, I was very happy that I could pick up my piece of furniture after 9 weeks. All in all very recommendable

We bought a small sofa for the children before Christmas that cost 499 euros. Now there are 20.30, 40 percent Christmas discounts, but the exact same sofa costs 999 euros all at once. Maybe there are gold-plated feet on them or the spring core is now made with NASA material :)

Today we were served in the furniture department by Mr. Schreinert. Simply outstanding! Very competent, polite and focused on the essentials. You can't get better advice. In addition, the selection is not larger than the competition, but more differentiated and had something special for us.

Shopping in Neubert now before Christmas was once again a very special kind of shopping experience for us. You forget everyday life with the beautifully decorated stalls and the smell of roasted almonds. Once again found, seen, made a bargain.

We went to the furniture store yesterday and wanted to buy crockery ... What we found were unsorted offers, poorly signposted, hardly enough plates of various sizes, dusty shelves and an unmotivated saleswoman who only gave the information when asked, nothing in stock and just order maybe. Perhaps? Can't you check that? We ordered on the internet today ... It's a shame, we've been living there differently so far!

Great advice and service. I can particularly recommend the kitchen department. I don't live nearby and so we were able to clarify a lot by phone and email even after an initial meeting, so that I only had to come back to sign the final contract. Very flexible, good technical competence and simply a very pleasant working relationship. I can only recommend the new value in Hirschaid.

It was great, the 25% plus the 25% that are currently available are not really understandable, but the prices are still good. Advice in the bathroom furniture department was very good. Employee took a lot of time and explained everything very well. Also looked for cheaper options. Was great. ?

Very nice furniture store with a large selection. The staff are also very nice and go out of their way to explain everything as well as possible. They also go to great lengths to get missing items as quickly as possible in order to send them to the customer.

Very large selection and a nice shop that you like to visit because of the good atmosphere. Looks very inviting. The goods were issued quickly and easily. We got a free van, no problems here either. The food in the restaurant was very good & inexpensive.

When I ordered my bedroom from Neubert in May of this year, everything that could go wrong has unfortunately gone wrong so far. At first, a side wall of the wardrobe was not delivered, which only became apparent when the furniture was assembled in July. That can happen. Even if I don't understand why the incoming goods are not checked by Neubert directly but by the delivery company (I was told that as an excuse) - errors are almost inevitable. When I was supposed to receive the rest of my order after another 4 weeks (the manufacturer was on holiday), the fitters were standing in my bedroom with a packet of refrigerator door opening restrictors, but without the missing side wall. I felt discreetly PIPED. Since then I have been in very active contact with customer service, which sometimes works more, sometimes less. It was often agreed that I would be contacted, but in the end I had to take care of it myself and hung around on hold. First they looked for my lost wall in the warehouse, finally it was decided that it would never be delivered and it was ordered again from the manufacturer. The last time I was informed was a week ago that part of the delivery did not reach Neubert and that the side wall was scratched. Since then, I've been waiting for news. When asked today, none of the contacts familiar with my order could be reached. The maximum delivery time of 12 weeks (during Corona) has now been exceeded. The joy of my new bedroom has meanwhile evaporated at the daily sight of the unfinished closet. I hope that I am an exception. Nevertheless, I will no longer make any major furniture purchases from Neubert. I can give the one star for the extremely friendly fitters. I felt sorry for them the last time they hung in the queue for 15 minutes before they could tell the service that what I ordered over 3 months ago did not arrive again ...

I have been a long time customer of XXXLutz and have always been served very courteously in the house. My last purchase was a kitchen and I am more than satisfied. Unique advice, very good organization, competent fitters. Everything worked out perfectly. I like to go shopping there and will continue to do so.

Bought branded kitchen. Very good advice and planning. Delivery date met! Small damage to the wall occurred during construction. But was done in a week. Fitters worked very well and properly.

Nice selection but way too complicated to navigate around. My husband and I were sent by a member of staff to a complete opposite part of the store to pay.

Not easy to do furniture shopping here. Areas / sections are not well organized, and you don't come to the piexe you're looking for easily. We were also told to pick up our furniture (jewelry cupboard) at the far side of the complex with a long waiting time. Prices were also rather high compared with similar furniture houses. Wouldn't recommend for the comfort / economic shopper.

Pretty expensive, although you can find cheaper furniture but of significantly lower quality. Picking up the goods at the warehouse is a disaster. You wait forever and the employees are pretty rude and disorganized.

Big store with furniture (kitchen, storage, sleeping, dining bathroom...) and accessories (lamps, pans, pods, frames, curtains, pictures, posters...) for people at every age, with different tase or financial status. If you sign in for a membership card, special offers are sent ca. 3 times per year (every 6 months and special offers for b-day). Negative points for: - Sometimes difficult to find available stuff member (especially on weekends when the store is crowded). - Noticed that sometimes the price marked as super extra offer is exactly the same as was before. I understand that it is easier to sell something if it is marked as special offer but for me it is not fair. - Also happened that there was an increase in price for some time, just to make a special offer laiter, which was the initial price before the increase). - Availability of the transport trucks (for us it was proposed 9 weeks waiting time to bring our kitchen home)

Unfreundliche Service und sehr lange Lieferzeit. The stuff is generally unfriendly. You spend thousands euros but you do not feel comfortable yourself during the selection process of product. They said that delivery time is 2 weeks, then it postponed two weeks more when they call for the delivery appointment. Some products are more expensive than their original price. One should always check other options too. So at the end it is not enjoyable to shop there.
